A cradle for a baby is available and it's free

N.B.
All prices are per head and per single day of bed or bed and breakfast; all prices are fixed, except during some promotional periods.The price of a salty breakfast could vary according to the guest's request.

It's not allowed to bring animals.
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.


Deposit and cancellation:
After the booking confirmation, a deposit (30%) is required; it's a pledge and not an account for the room. In case of nonstay you'll loose the deposit, except for questions of force majeure and only with a demonstration written and signed by the authority (ex art.1385, 1386 of Civil Code).

Check in e Check out:
All rooms are available after 12.00 pm. and you'll have to free them before 11.00 am. in order to allow the cleaning activity. A notice is welcome in case of arrival after 9.00 pm.

Departure in advance or deferred arrival:
In case of departure in advance or deferred arrival, you'll pay for the time of nonstay or for the additional days.
